Christchurch-based sisters Margo and Rosa Flanagan, aka Two Raw Sisters, came to a mostly plant-based lifestyle after various health issues. They are both passionate about helping people eat delicious, natural, unprocessed food – with no judgment. They are the authors of Two Raw Sisters and All Eaters Welcome. Salad is their third cookbook.
Margo and Rosa firmly believe that a Two Raw Sisters’ salad is the perfect starting point to any meal.
